CHECK FOR YOUR BUYER NAME WHEN YOU SIGN IN ONLINE
IF YOU ARE A NEW BUYER – SIGN IN AND CHECK “NEW BUYER” TO REGISTER
2026 AUCTION BUYERS
1. Click on the "Sign In" box at the top right corner of the page.
2. Choose type - click the drop-down arrow and choose "BUYER."
3. Click on the drop-down arrow and find your Buyer name (if the buyer name is not listed, check the “new buyer” and continue with registering online as a new buyer.
4. Type in your password. Forgot your password? Click on "RESET PASSWORD"
5. VERIFY all Buyer information (edit if needed).
Request to reset your Buyer password
Select your buyer name from the list to reset your password. If your buyer name is found, an email will be sent (to your email address on file from 2025) with instructions on how to reset your password.
Important! You should receive the email from ShoWorks immediately.
Don't forget to check your spam/junk mail inbox and you might add the email noreply@fairsoftware.com to your list of trusted senders.
For security reasons, you have 2 hours to complete the password reset process.
If you do not see your Buyer name listed, you must register as a new buyer.
TO REGISTER AS A NEW BUYER
1. Click on the "Sign In" box at the top right corner of the page.
2. Choose type - click the drop-down arrow and choose "BUYER."
3. Check the “I am a new buyer or not listed above” box.
4. Click on “Register”.
5. Complete all required information.
