LIVESTOCK MARKET ANIMAL OWNERSHIP REQUIREMENTS:
MARKET BEEF: 120 DAYS (prior to the opening day of fair)
ONLINE ENTRY DEADLINE FOR MARKET BEEF: Monday, April 6th
MARKET SHEEP, HOGS & GOATS: 60 DAYS (prior to the opening day of fair)
ONLINE ENTRY DEADLINE FOR MARKET SHEEP, HOGS & GOATS: Friday, June 5th
All Market Animals must submit a bill of sale for ownership requirements and a photo of the market animal with a clear view of the tag ID when entering online. Exhibitors will be required to upload the ownership bill of sale and a photo of the animal with a clear view of the official tag ID when entering and check out for their entries
Entries for Still Exhibits and Breeding Livestock must be submitted online, no later than:

Exhibitor Online Entry Instructions:
- Exhibitors are required to abide by all rules and regulations as stated in the Exhibitor Handbook and the State Rules for California Fairs. Information for Exhibitors can be found on the fair’s website link:
2. Click on the Sign In tab located in the top right corner of the page
3. Click on the Type and choose New Exhibitor
4. Enter your First and Last Name, then enter your Password
5. Enter all required address, phone, email and birthdate information and continue
6. Verify all your information is correct and continue
7. Click on the Create Entries and continue
8. Choose a Department
9. Choose a Division
10. Choose a Class
11. Follow and complete all required information for the Division you are entering
12. After you have finished your first entry, SAVE YOUR CART (this will allow you to add additional entries), and save your information
13. Continue to add additional entries or complete the check-out process
